X4 is a fast growing, energetic business management consultancy with offices in Wellington and Auckland. We provide professional consulting services to both public and private sector clients. Philippa Fogarty
Director &
Principal Consultant
Philippa is a principal consultant at X4 Consulting and her mission is to apply the principles of sound information and data management and adapt them to meet the challenges of changing technologies and uses of information, in order to drive and support effective and efficient business processes.
As an expert in Data and Information and Change and Project Management, Philippa harnesses the skills of strategic thinking, efficient planning and effective implementation to provide successful engagements for our clients.
With over 20 years' experience, Philippa has worked with all aspects of managing data and information in both the public and private sectors.
Philippa's extensive experience has led her to publish several articles on Data and Information Management, including an Information Management Policy Guidebook for the Justice sector. She has also given presentations and facilitated workshops in New Zealand, the UK and Australia on Managing Data Assets, Information Management, Change Management, and Archive policies.
Craig Perry
Director &
Principal Consultant
Craig is an experienced architect and programme manager with 25 years’ experience. He has helped many organisations successfully shape, design and deliver business and digital programmes.
Craig combines his strong grasp of the Enterprise Architecture Model with his system development and delivery skills to help our clients identify how to best embrace the benefits of becoming a digital business, reduce their transformation risk and achieve their desired outcomes.
Craig has experience in the design, development and testing of large scale, mission-critical, highly resilient and robust systems which means he can help our clients deliver digital at speed and scale.
Craig has worked within the health, utilities, government and financial services sectors. He has strong stakeholder management skills and is adept at bridging the gap between business objectives and how that is delivered technically.
